SENATE BILL NO. 126 "An Act establishing an exemption for the                                                                   
offering and sale of certain securities" was read the second time.                                                              
                                                                                                                                
Senator Costello, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                              
adoption of the Labor and Commerce Committee Substitute offered on                                                              
page 2029. Senator Ellis, Acting Minority Leader, objected, then                                                                
withdrew his objection. There being no further objection, CS FOR

Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                              
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final
